On Thursday June 24, Ali Holmes and a team of expert ghd stylists created glamorous red-carpet styles to complement both the daring and classic fashions worn by some of subscription televisions biggest stars.

Selling Houses Australia host Andrew Winter received the highest honours on the night, after being awarded Most Outstanding Performance by a Presenter. He was also voted Favourite Personality by viewers, further cementing his popularity.
The Awards were held at Sydney’s State Theatre, and although there were 17 categories, it lasted a bearable 90 minutes before guests were whisked off to the IVY ballroom for a night of frivolity and fashionable fervour.

Alicia Banit
All in all, The LifeStyle Channel had a clean sweep that night, bringing home the most awards, including Channel of the Year. Winter’s own program won Most Outstanding Lifestyle Program and was audience-voted for Favourite Program.
The night was hosted by SKY News Australia political journalist, David Spears, who was brilliant despite long days reporting on our new PM, Julia Gillard. Political jokes seemed to make their way into numerous speeches throughout the night, resulting in a funny, upbeat ceremony of events.
For Alicia Banit, Ali used the Green Envy ghd styler after protecting the hair with ghd Thermal Protector and ghd Maximise Mousse to give the hair body.
“The dress was a very classic style, and also because she is quite young we really wanted to have a bit of fun with the hair and create something a little bit loose,” said Ali.

Camille Keenan
“For Camille Keenan the dress was asymmetrical so her hair fell on the other side over her bare shoulder. A loosely pulled back style also accentuated her beautiful drop earrings,” she said.
Camille’s hair was finished off with ghd Reflection Spray for the ultimate shine while ghd Creation Spray added texture to Alicia’s fun style.
