La Biosthetique has welcomed two new directors onto the International Artistic Team. Alexander Dinter is the new Creative Director and Andrea Bennett is La Biosthetique's Creative Colour Director.
Alexander Dinter
Alexander is responsible for working with his team to create the latest hair collections and will also work as a trend scout. He will develop training concepts and represent the beauty brand in external communication concerning all areas of fashion, styling and creativity.
He is well known and respected internationally for the exceptional standard of his training sessions. He is one of the top stylists in Germany and has won numerous awards, including the German Hairdressing Award several times.
He regularly works at New York Fashion Week for renowned fashion labels such as Rodarte, Philip Lim and Alexander Wang and appears frequently at international hair shows where he presents his collections for both men and women in versatile, diverse productions.
His personal motto is “Keep your eyes open when walking down the street”. He is inspired by everything from architecture, art and music to the people he meets every day – his inspirations lead to the creation of new looks, trends and styling ideas.
Andrea Bennett
Creative Colour Director Andrea Bennett will help create the latest colour collections, develop concepts for colour seminars and will drive on the success of colour at the company.
“Getting Andrea Bennett on our team means we have been joined by an internationally renowned hair colour expert," stated Jean-Marc Weiser, Managing Director of La Biosthetique Paris. “We’re delighted to have her with us.”
Austrian born, Andrea has garnered plenty of experience on the national and international stage, and anyone taking part in her seminars is sure to go away with plenty of inspiration. “The beauty is all about capturing this and presenting it in an understated way," she says.
She transfers her sources of inspiration – from fashion, films, books, art, people and everyday life – into creative colour concepts, which are defined
by proportions, aesthetics and style. “After all, even when I come up with unconventional, loud and bright colours, I can’t simply do as I please," she said. " In order to create something truly special, the concept must respect the rules of aesthetics.”
