ghd Hair Australia appoints Alan White

ghd Hair Australia has announced an exciting addition to the ghd Australia family, having recently appointed renowned editorial and session stylist, Alan White, to its creative and education team as guest artist.

Long term partner and brand ambassador, Jayne Wild from Wild Life Hair in Sydney will continue to work with ghd and Alan White in his new role of guest artist to co-develop a three-part program to up-skill hairdressers by a mutually created master styler program that will educate across all aspects of hairdressing including editorial work, the latest cutting and styling techniques and catwalk looks.

“ghd education is more than excited to bring one of Australia’s leading hairdressing icons to ghd audiences across Australia and New Zealand. Alan will share his knowledge, talents and skills via look and learn seminars and shows as well as educating aspiring session stylists on long hair editorial work influenced by the latest looks from London, Paris, Milan and New York.
"In addition, Alan will share his incredible talents and skills shoulder-to-shoulder via small intimate workshops throughout Australia and New Zealand," said ghd Education Manager Robert Kovacs.

ghd have enjoyed a great working relationship with Alan White over the past three years, working with him on various trade and consumer initiatives including a number of fashion shows for designers including Fernando Frisoni, Manning Cartell, Lucette and Alex Perry and look forward to expanding that work to the realm of education.
