Award-winning haircare company Hair2Day (H2D) opened the doors to its first concept salon in Mudjimba, Queensland in August.

H2D has built a name for itself by creating hair straighteners and curling irons which care for the hair whilst styling, and the salon is the latest endeavourer of H2D co-founders James and Lorraine Foley.
“We are dedicated to providing affordable hair utensils which maintain and care for hair. The salon allows us to provide women with a place to try the product first hand and for us to offer our in experience educating them on how to create trend inspired styles whilst nurturing hair growth and looking after locks,” said James and Lorraine.
H2D was recently recognised for its contribution to the hair industry at the ‘Australian Hair and Fashion Awards’ when it received a prestigious award for Brand Innovation.
The secret to H2D’s products is the tourmaline-infused ceramic plates, which generate moisture, negative ions and infrared rays sealing cuticles, natural oils and moisture in the hair. These combined technologies mean good news for hair: no frizz, static, flyaway, damaged or broken hair.
H2D products are also environmentally friendly - the components in H2D products can be broken down, meaning products and packaging are 100% recyclable.
H2D is also a member of ‘Carbon Neutral’ a company that offers corporations the ability to measure their carbon footprint and counteract it with ‘offset emissions’. Companies can measure their carbon footprint using the online Carbon Neutral calculator.
