Specifically, The Creative Group have proudly decided to support The Butterfly Foundation, and launch an annual in-salon event called The Creative Group Fashion Exchange, in the hope of raising funds for an organisation dedicated to changing the culture, policy and practice in the prevention and treatment of eating disorders.
This October and November, existing and potential customers will be invited to donate a last season item of clothing to The Creative Group Fashion Exchange.
In exchange for the item of clothing, The Creative Group customer will receive $10 off their service. Each piece of clothing that is exchanged will be sold on Ebay, with all proceeds donated to The Butterfly Foundation.
As a keen advocate for individualism and the celebration of unique identity, Jacen is thrilled to be aligning with a charity whose vision is to live in a world that celebrates health, wellbeing and diversity.
“The Fashion Exchange has been developed to raise awareness of a serious illness that is unfortunately prevalent within the world of fashion and therefore the vocation within which I work. In exchange for an item of clothing, which has become temporarily redundant with the change in season, customers will assist in the fundraising efforts," he said.
