The result is an all-encompassing educational evening covering all aspects of business including technicalities, management style and communication methods.
“Not only will Sharon educate in hair, we will also be talking about the relationship between the hairdresser and the client to build loyalty. My angle is about better communication, with useful tips that reveal how to get your clients and staff more engaged,” said Libby.
“It’s not about photographic work or ego, it’s about commercial work that both entertain and inform. We also have heaps of prizes to give away on the night,” she said.
Kimberly Martz from Martz training is the ex owner of The Best Little Hairhouse in Gloucester. She holds education and hair shows for salons across the country with the latest commercial cutting techniques to boost salon profits.
Well recognised throughout the hairdressing fraternity for 40 years, Sharon Blain has won over 500 national and international awards and will showcase her signature up-style, long hair, bridal and avant-garde creations.
