Brushes ready for IMATS 2011
[Thu 25/08/2011 01:38:19]
The International Make-Up Artist Trade Show (IMATS) returns in September to inspire and educate creative artists.

The perfect opportunity for up-and-coming and professional make-up artists to learn about the latest products on the market, IMATS also gives artists the chance to stock their kits and meet other creative enthusiasts whilst sharing new make-up applications and techniques.
Divulging the latest trends and backstage techniques, IMATS keynote speaker Napoleon Perdis will be joined by fashion make-up veteran author Rae Morris and Oscar-winning artist Tami Lane in a series of educational talks guaranteed to leave the most remarkable impression.

“I'm really looking forward to flying out for IMATS Sydney in September,” says keynote speaker Napoleon Perdis. “It’s an important industry event that's gaining traction in both Sydney and LA.”
Priding himself on staying fashion fit with a Creative Team who are backstage regulars at both New York and Australian Fashion Weeks, Napoleon has always been a big believer in education and currently runs six Napoleon Perdis Makeup Academies in Australia and one in Los Angeles.

“Education is everything and it has always been the foundation of my brand. My Creative and Makeup Academy Teams and I will be there in full force with makeup demonstrations running throughout the weekend.”
IMATS will also feature educational seminars hosted by M.A.C., ACMUSE, Royal & Langnickel Brush, with more than 100 international vendors on display across the inspiring weekend.
