NYFW: OPI nails it

OPI strutted perfectly polished nails in nude, pop colour and nail art styles for designers BCBG Max Azria, Herve Leger, Jason Wu and Rebecca Taylor at New York Fashion Week 2012.
OPI for BCBG Max Azria
Neutral hues continued to rule the runway at BCBG Max Azria complementing a collection of colour-blocking and tribal prints in easy-going, loose styles. The soft, fresh and dewy skin with nude eyes and rosy cheeks was matched with OPI nude shade Samoan Sand on the models nails and toes.
OPI for Rebecca Taylor
At Rebecca Taylor rich neutral pastel shades were in the spotlight with the models wearing Stranger Tides, a gray-green pastel on their fingernails complemented with a creamy beige on the toes, Tickle My France-y.
Jason Wu’s off site showing had the models fingers blessed with OPI’s MonSooner or Later, a vibrant orange red, watermelon shade - the boldly coloured nails acting as an eye-catching accessory.
“Jason Wu is an amazingly talented designer, so being able to work with him is very exciting,” said Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI co-founders and Artistic Director.
“Nail lacquers are a huge part of fashion and it’s a privilege for OPI to be working amongst world-renowned designers during Fashion Week. I’m thrilled to be collaborating with Jason to accessorize his spring 2012 collection with the hottest nail trends”.
