Style Recruitment opens in Melbourne

Melbourne salons have a new hairdressing recruitment service on their doorstep as a result of Style Recruitment's expansion to the city.
Established in Perth in 2009, Style Recruitment owners Jennifer Bantleman and Jane Dilorito hold 25 years combined experience in the hairdressing industry: Jennifer a hairdresser and educator while Jane a salon administration and sales representative.
With continued expansion, the successful recruitment business knew a Victorian presence was in their future.

“More and more Melbourne salons started approaching us for help, so it flagged that there was a need for our specialist service here,” Jennifer says. “Increasingly salons are asking for assistance in finding the right staff for their particular salon culture.”
“We understand today's conditions and how hard it can be to find appropriate staff to fit the role and the team so we save our clients time and money by identifying applicants who match the salon profile, running advertising to attract the right people and carrying out the initial interview process,” she adds.
Style Recruitment offer three main features to their recruitment service: the ethical sourcing and placing of staff, face to face short-listing and interviewing, and experience in salon staff management.
