Fudge joins PZ Cussons

In a recent announcement to salons, Sabre’s Fudge brand has been sold to PZ Cussons plc – joining other iconic global brands The Sanctuary Spa and St Tropez in its recently formed Beauty Division.
Sabre will work together with PZ Cussons during a transition phase, during which period Sabre will continue to market, provide educational support and sell the Fudge brand under existing trading terms, consistent with past practice.
Sabre will continue to distribute the Joico and Crema brands and will continue to trade with all its customers on current trading terms.
