Recognising the achievements of young women aged 16 to 27 years, the objective of Miss Sydney Australia is to give young women a taste of pageant and model life.

2011 Miss Sydney Australia, Tegan Martin

2011 winner Tegan Martin, a hairdressers from Newcastle, gained runner up in Miss Universe Australia 2011 and 4th place in Miss World Bikini 2011. Now, thanks to sponsor Chic Models Tegan has begun a career in modelling.

Over 200 people attended the event last year which saw 15 girls compete for the title and in 2012 the winner will be announced on 28th March 2012. The full day event caps off with a finale at 7.30pm:

7pm start Brazilian Themed Show
9.30pm finish

Joh Bailey and guest singer Paulini will join the event in 2012 with Technica haircare ensuring everything is running smoothly in the hair and backstage teams.
