Pioneering professional skincare brand Dermalogica has unveiled its latest concept store in SoHo, New York City.
Dermalogica Concept Store SoHo, NYC
Renowned for its no-frills, practical approach to skin, the slick new 1,640 square foot space accommodates both walk-in traffic and scheduled appointments.
The focus squarely on skin, the brand’s renowned Skin Bar, Face Mapping and MicroZone Treatments are delivered in an award winning space-age SkinPod where coloured lighting and audio can be adjusted to suit each client’s whim.
“While Dermalogica has always challenged the viability of the frivolous chocolate and rose-petal treatments which continue to undermine our profession’s credibility, the time has never been more right, culturally speaking, to open this location and offer no-nonsense New Yorkers our direct and dynamic approach to absolutely great skin,” says Dermalogica founder, Jane Wurwand.
The brand’s minimal aesthetic extends from its product line to its packaging and retail fit-outs. The SoHo interior was designed by Eight Inc (the architectural firm known for its work with Apple) and boasts the same clean lines and use of white we’ve come to associate with the software giant.
In addition to the brand spanking NYC offering, Dermalogica currently has concept stores in Santa Monica, CA; London, England; Berlin, Germany; Auckland, New Zealand; Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Mumbai, India.
