FABY is on a mission to detoxify beauty and nail salons around the country and with an undertaking like that we can’t help but get on board. The Clean Up Your Act campaign will introduce an exchange program that aims to benefit the health of salons and clients.

The nail brand have researched that the average woman applies 500 chemicals to her body each day, which leads to a myriad of health problems, a statistic FABY hope to drastically reduce. FABY are pledging to replace salons’ nail polishes containing toxins and chemicals, free of charge, with lacquers that are free of the ‘Big 5’ – DBP, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor.

The European Union has already banned nail manufacturers from using DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate) and TPO and has strict limits on the amount of formaldehyde and toluene that can be used.

To partake in the exchange, salons simply need to visit the brand’s website, create an account, choose new shades, add them to the cart and check out with the code CLEANUP15. A return email from FABY will then continue the process, allowing salons to exchange up to 12 nail polishes each.

Noted for their progressive nature, this European Cruelty Free brand is proving their commitment to the health of the beauty sphere – an agenda we can all get behind.
