Anyone who knows makeup mogul Napoleon Perdis knows not to expect subtlety when it comes to his brand or his persona, and his appearance at the David Jones Elizabeth Street Sydney store last week on the 5th of March, demonstrated that to a tee.
Making an entrance on a white BMX flanked by four statuesque Greek Gods and an entourage dressed in the theme of a medieval carnival, attendees at this long-awaited master class simultaneously couldn’t believe their eyes or have expected anything less from the larger than life character.
The workshop was a specialised class in ‘Everlasting Elegance’. Accompanied by his mother Liana, and wife, Soula-Marie, Napoleon taught youthful looks across three generations with anti-ageing makeup techniques. He also showcased his latest colour direction with the Nude-U eyes, cheeks and brows palette.
Attendees received a welcome gift of four hero Napoleon Perdis products, leaving with the valuable goodie bag, a dose creative education and, no doubt, endless anecdotes about this one-of-a-kind workshop.
We’d say that was well worth the trip.
Taking advantage of his trip Down Under, Napoleon Perdis will be hosting Beauty To Move You Masterclasses in Sydney and Melbourne throughout this week.
