Lorna Evans unlocks the secrets of long hair styling at her first Sydney Workshop, 10 to 12 December.
The three day workshop, held at the Pivot Point Academy in Waterloo, offers a combination of contemporary long-hair styling in combination with business tips on making upstyling profitable in the salon.
“This is a repeat of the same workshop held in Melbourne in August where hairdressers finished the course with a new feeling of confidence in their upstyling skills and knowledge of fashion trends,” Lorna says. “The feedback was amazing and I was thrilled with the outcome.”
She said that as well as the Jigsaw Theory of Hairstyling, participants learn new methods to achieve a clean, smooth look, how to make curls last without using ’10 cans of hairspray’ and high fashion looks.
“The workshop also covers ways to make money from long-hair styling including how to give a ‘killer’ consultation, decide on profitability thresholds and maintain salon activity whilst off-site, Lorna said.
