On Sunday afternoon, June 29, from 4:30 to 5:30, Alex Daniel will take to the Hair Festival Education Sessions stage to inspire hairdressers and salon owners. Under the session title ‘The 3 Conversations Every Leader Needs’, Alex will teach what he says is “the difference between a great stylist and a great leader, one conversation at a time”.
“You don’t lose staff because of one big moment you lose them in the micro-moments that never get addressed,” he explained. “This session arms attendees with the three most critical conversations any leader must master: the feedback conversation, the conflict resolution conversation, and the vision conversation.”
The session will break down each of these conversations in real-world scripts and frameworks to help business leaders, even those who hate confrontation, in a session that’s ideal for salon owners, managers and 2ICs with the aim of building culture, increasing accountability and inspiring stronger team performances.
Alex is an entrepreneur, leadership strategist and coach, who is the founder of We Ascend and The Leadership Program with two decades of experience in building businesses, leading teams, and helping people break through habits. Alex has coached hundreds of people through personal development and business retreats in Bali and Australia.
