Why do you love Shades EQ?
We love it because it’s reliable! No matter what hair sits in our chair, I know exactly how it’s going to behave. It’s consistent, easy to work with, and always gives that soft, polished finish that makes a colour feel expensive. It’s one of those products that genuinely makes our job easier.

Why do your clients love it?
Our clients always comment on how healthy their hair looks and feels afterwards. The shine catches in the sun when they leave and they love that it lasts, fades beautifully, and doesn’t feel like colour, it just feels like their hair but better.
What is its point of difference?
It’s versatile. You can use it on blondes, brunettes, redheads, even on extensions or wigs. We don’t look at it as just a toner, it’s a finishing product that enhances the entire colour service. Plus, it conditions while it works, which is rare for a colour line.
What are your favourite looks to create with it?
Anything lived in and dimensional. We love using it for root melts, toning out warmth, and adding that soft reflective tone through the mids and ends.
