INSTYLE and Styleicons are introducing a new member to the team in the role of Beauty Editor and Journalist across the publication’s renowned print and online titles. Please welcome Ariana Pezeshki to the role, where she will contribute to news, events, product releases and photo shoots pertinent to the national salon industry landscape.
Ariana enters the team with a wealth of experience across beauty, lifestyle and entertainment writing for esteemed titles such as BuzzFeed, Chattr, New Idea and WHO.
In her role with INSTYLE she will liaise with hairdressers, product brands and PR companies to cover new hair and beauty products, hairdressing profiles, industry innovations, special features and much more. She will conduct product shoots and industry interviews to create work that informs and inspires the industry, while also attending events, sharing news on social media and contributing to online features for a comprehensive viewpoint on the hair and beauty sectors.
Ariana joins Creative and Editorial Director Cameron Pine and Editor Shannon Guss (Gaitz) in the editorial team, as well as National Sales Director Jo Cowan. The team is dedicated to providing relevant content in two dedicated newsletters a week and its bi-monthly print title, now proudly in its 35th year.
The title adds to this output this year with the all-new Hair Festival 2021 weekend over June 13 and 14 at Carriageworks, Sydney, following on from their successful Real Talk education event in 2019. This will congregate the hairdressing industry once again to shop, learn, compete and connect, together.
