Kangan Institute Award Hairdressing Apprentice of the Year

The Kangan Institute held its annual Apprentice and Industry Awards Ceremony last week to highlight 30 outstanding apprentices across a range of fields, including hairdressing.

Ciara Remfrey-Petit was awarded as the Hairdressing Apprentice of the Year, alongside a range of other trainees in fields such as construction, bakery, electrical, landscape construction, engineering, auto-motive and more.

The Kangan Institute boasts campuses across Victoria (including Richmond, Docklands, Essendon and Broadmeadows), offering a range of hair, makeup and beauty courses for various Certificates and Diplomas. The organisation describes itself as “flexible and innovative”, putting the focus on practical results, real jobs after study and continuous progression that ensures 40,000 new enrolments each year. Congratulations to Ciara for standing out within an esteemed platform that puts value on the future of hairdressing education.
