Parisian festival So Frenchy So Chic is heading back to Australia in Summer 2018, and Kérastase are once again honouring their French roots by hosting a Braid Bar at the cultural festival. Partnering with the event as its official hair partner, the brand will return to Sydney and Melbourne and debut the Braid Bar at the all-new event in Adelaide.

Kérastase debuted the Braid Bar at the 2016 event, and it has since been a staple of the festival. So Frenchy So Chic has been a summer highlight for six years, and is now utilising that popularity to expand into Adelaide. The festival offers French food, wine, music and beauty, with Kérastase providing top-tier Parisian styling and hair consultations for attendees.

“Kérastase received such a fantastic response to its Braid Bar concept at So Frenchy So Chic last time, we are looking forward to providing an even more sophisticated and contemporary haircare experience in 2018,” said Kérastase General Manager, Cara Riley. “Kérastase has a fifty-year heritage of celebrating luxury haircare, scientific innovation and Parisian style, and we are incredibly proud to partner with such an important French cultural event here in Australia.”

Over 10,000 guests are expected at the festivals in 2018, with events in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney on January 12, January 14 and January 20, respectively.

“Kérastase’s Braid Bar was one of the highlights of So Frenchy So Chic when it debuted, receiving excellent guest feedback, so we couldn’t be happier to have the brand on board as a major partner again,” said Festival Director Jean-Francois Ponthieux. “Kérastase is a revered international brand with a deep French heritage making it beautifully complementary to the whole So Frenchy So Chic experience.”
