Innovation, creativity and artistry remain absolutely vital to keep spirits up and growth in focus through these troubled times and O&M’s March colour launch ticks all the boxes. The natural, Australian brand debuted their cør.color nudes of five professional tones that allow any shade of blonde to shine.
The tones are designed to both colour or tone, embracing any base pigment to create unique blonde hues to suit any client. Warm and cool shades are offered in beige, blonde, light brunette, ash blonde and light violet brunette combinations.
The hues join the brand’s extensive range of next generation Ammonia, PPD and Resorcinol-free professional hair colour. The range is titled CØR because colour is the core of the O&M brand, while the Ø at the heart represents their commitment to making the cleanest colour in the world by eliminating harsh chemicals.
“I am super proud of this project as it’s our first ever global launch for O&M,” said Janelle Chaplin, Global Creative Director for O&M. “We shot the campaign in New York City with amazing contributors, I was inspired by the concept with Christian Louboutin who has released seven shades of nude shoes. It made me start to think that I do a lot of Blonde hair, and not everybody rocks an Ash Blonde, not everybody rocks a Gold Blonde, and so I thought we need some nude colours for hair! I worked together with Paul [Galea, Colour Director for O&M] and we created five new shades – We have a 1.3, a 6.3, a 9.7, and they’re absolutely stunning! I’ve been playing with them for the last couple of months after they’ve been through colour testing period. I can’t wait to see what you do with the nudes!”
