Open Mic Heads to Melbourne and Brisbane

In what has become a bona fide education tour, Wild Life Hair’s Open Mic Night is set to return to Brisbane and debut in Melbourne this month, hosting stylists and salons in two must-see events.

Gary Latham will have a busy month, jet-setting around the country in order to host the presentations. The proceedings start on Melbourne 20th at the Heading Out Academy, with Jayne Wild and Benni Tognini, Frank Apostolopoulos, Caterina Di Biase and the 2015 Australian F.A.M.E. Team making up the agenda.

Then a week later on the 27th of July Benni and Jules Tognini will host the Brisbane event at Togninis Hair Skin Body. The lineup has just been announced as newly crowned Hair Expo Hairdresser of the Year Dmitri Papas with Justin Pace, Luke Reynolds and his team, Lance Liufau and the Barber Boys, consisting of Bruce Leeroy, Lorenzo Savea and Wayne Pepe, and Clive Allwright of Our Place Salon.

Each of these inspiring artists and teams will take to the stage and then join Gary for the traditional ‘on the couch’ segment to share their humour, inspo and insights to end the evening. The events are available in person for Brisbane and Melbourne-dwellers or for the whole country, and beyond, on the Live Ed streaming service.
