If you were looking for ever celebrity/mother in LA last week, you would have had a good chance of finding them at the BABY2BABY annual Gala, proudly presented by haircare brand and philanthropic force Paul Mitchell. The Gala raised almost $US 4 million, breaking event records in the process.
Celebrity attendees included Nicole Richie, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Kristen Bell and Chrissy Teigen, who all boasted the luxury, red carpet hair we’ve come to expect from Hollywood’s leading ladies. A stand-out look was Nicole Richie (always noted for her constantly on point hair looks), who had her soft waves styled by hairstylist Gio Campora using Paul Mitchell products.
The event raises money for low income children from the ages of 0 to 12, using the funds to purchase diapers, clothing and basic necessities that every child should have.
The brand have been a major supporter of this cause for several years, and Paul Mitchell Vice Chairman Michaeline DeJoria has taken a special interest in being part of this community-minded organisation. Gwyneth Paltrow was honoured on the night for her work with the organisation as well.
