Royals Hair Announces New Salon Appointments

The Royals Hair family is growing, with new team members appointed to some key roles for January 2018. Previously Master Colourist and Salon Manager at Royals Hornsby, Travis Bandiera will now join Royals Cherrybrook as a part owner, along with Hamza Alamine, brother of the franchise’s owner Adam Alamine.

“This partnership with Royals is a great step for me while I continue to grow as a hairdresser but it’s also a great opportunity to continue to propel Royals forward along with Mary and Adam,” Travis said. “I’m excited for what the future holds for our team artistically and from a business perspective.”

“I’m excited to become involved with the business and continue the growth and cool stuff Royals has been doing,” Hamza enthused. “Working with my friend/brother and the team is awesome and I’m excited to be part of something fun and creative.”

With Travis now at Cherrybrook, Emma Göttwald will bring her illustrious experience and talents to the role of Salon Director at Royals Hornsby.

“Travis has been with us for about 10 years and in that time we’ve grown together and developed a close relationship within the salon, but also as friends,” Adam shared. “We’re not a franchise or a big global brand. We’re very much a family-owned business and a very close-knit team. We actually hire very unprofessionally in a sense because we often overlook skills and instead focus on attitude and personality.”

“Both Travis and Emma share our vision – they are both driven and motivated people with a real passion for the Royals brand and our industry. It’s been a true pleasure to witness their growth as hairdressers and as intrinsic members of our salon family and we’re sure they’ll achieve more success in their new roles.”
