Not content with just three salons, all on Sydney’s North Shore, Royals Hair has added another component to their growing hair dynasty, by way of a new dedicated training and education academy.
Opening its doors in late April (read: now), the premises act as a solid platform for education, utilised to maintain a high standard of skill and service across their salons. The academy also partners with Hollywood Hair Extensions, and functions as both an office space and training base.
“Royals is a hub of opportunity and we definitely don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to education,” shared Royals Hair owner, Adam Alamine. “We identify and customise career paths and we believe the same is needed for education. Our training will provide hairdressers with creative and practical training in cutting, styling, colour work, hair extensions, creative work and even workshops around competition photo shoots.”
As well as maintaining the salon’s strong standard of work, the training facility will also become open to other hairdressers when Royals releases their own education agenda, starting in June of this year. The Castle Hill space will also be available for hire.
“We’re sympathetic to hairdressers who don’t want to travel to the city or inner city suburbs for education, and therefore our academy will offer creative workshops as well as practical, salon-friendly workshops that will have immediate impact on salon performance,” Adam explained.
With a constantly expanding hair empire taking over Sydney’s North Shore, Royals Hair is on the fast track to finding even more success. Look out for their education classes coming soon to learn from them for yourself.
