Royals Hair Hornsby Wins Local Business Award

Royals Hair Hornsby was honoured this month for their commitment to customer service and as a go-to local destination within the Hornsby area. The salon was named Most Outstanding Hairdresser at the 2016 Hornsby Local Business Awards, called out among a myriad of other local businesses within a variety of industries at an esteemed gala evening.

Most significantly, the awards look to the consumer, asking the public to nominate their favourite local businesses in each category. Finalists are selected by the volume of online and printed nominations, before those finalists are subjected to a stringent judging process, having to submit lengthy submission material. Finalists are visited by an anonymous judge with customer service, the retail range and presentation, value for money, online presence and more looked at to find the winners.

“To be nominated by the public as a Finalist is such an achievement in itself, but to win this award ahead of so many other outstanding salon businesses is so fantastic,” said Adam Alamine, owner of Royals Hair. “We have a brilliant and talented team at Royals Hair Hornsby and this award is a testament to their customer service standards, continued skills training, their cutting and colouring prowess and commitment to the Royals business.”

Royals Hair continues to grow, with a 3rd salon space in Cherrybrook and education academy opening this year. Nominations at the 2016 Hair Expo and Australian Hair Fashion Awards, with this local business award on top of it, means 2016 was an important year for Royals Hair – we look forward to seeing where they go from here.
