The International Hairdressing Awards is back for its sophomore outing in 2020, and it’s the perfect excuse to plan a bit of a Euro-trip next year. Tickets are now on sale so that you can watch our Aussie representatives (Lisa Polini, nominated in the Best International Women’s category, and Dee Parker Attwood, in the category of Best International Avant Garde Collection), as they battle for these esteemed titles against massive international competition.
The awards will take place on February 16, 2020, and will include an alluring hair fashion show, the glamorous purple carpet and a Hollywood-style awards ceremony. It’s the global and illustrious night of nights our industry deserves.
At last year’s awards, the inimitable Angelo Seminara was named as the first ever International Hairdresser of the Year. With huge growth in applications and a successful first stint under their belt, next year’s event looks to be another must-see battle between international industry titans from around the globe.
We’ll be pulling for our Aussies as they face off against talented hairdressers from far and wide – cheer them on in person on this once in a lifetime trip.
