Bond Hair Religion came home with the goods at this year’s 2024 Australian Hair Industry Awards (Creative), held over the Hair Festival weekend. Led by Jenni Tarrant, the team took home titles including Salon Team of the Year, NSW/ACT Hairdresser of the Year for Jenni, Master Colourist of the Year for Amber Bullock and BTS Dream Team of the Year.
The Salon Team of the Year collection, titled TREASON, inspires in its bold interpretation of hair shape, construction, materials and ideas. The collection presents characters including the Queen, Duchess, Princess, Empress, Baroness and Countess, and hair truly become the royal crown.
Gravity defying, Avant Garde hair shapes stretch the editorial into hair art, merging with innovative fashion choices in an entirely back and white collection.
Jenni led the Bond Hair Religion team, Leah Preston, Saku Hewapathirana, Mitchell Biles and Alivia Palasrinne in creating these opulent hair looks, while Amber Bullock and Jules Tarrant provided hair assistance. With photography by Andrew O’Toole, assisted by Luke Chang and Luke Miliaresi, makeup by Kylie O’Toole, assisted by Phoenix Ly, fashion styling by Brittno Morrison, production by Heart and Co and post-production by Peter Orlik Studio, the whole collection comes to life to inspire.
