Western Australian Finalists Named in L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy 2018

The journey to find Australia’s most talented colourists headed west this week, with the Western Australian semi-finals of the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy taking place at Fridays Studio in West Perth. Following last week’s inaugural event in Melbourne and a South Australian instalment earlier in the week, the 25 Western Australian semi-finalists created enthralling looks for the live competition and runway show.

Judges had a tough task of choosing who would advance, eventually settling on Imogen Starr from Circles of Subiaco for her light auburn coloured look, Nick Mammoliti and Damien Kabay of Hemisphere Hair for their blonde mullet with orange highlights and Melissa Gesualdo of Reno’s On St Quentin for a vibrant red look. Ben Semple, also of Circles of Subiaco, was named as the Rising Star finalist for his blunt straight bob in an azure black colour.
