Jordan Dalah teamed up with Davroe for a show at Afterpay Australian Fashion Week predicated on shape, form and strength, and delivered this aesthetic with aplomb.
“I took inspiration from the Jordan Dalah collection,” said Madison Voloshin, Davroe Hair Director. “His clothes are so creative and unique so I use that as a starting point. I love creating strong, simple looks as much as I do creating something unique and dramatic so working with Dalah is the perfect opportunity to explore something more creative.”
“The clothes themselves have such beautiful shapes and form and this is what I emulated in the hair,” he continued. “It’s important that the hair complements the clothing and not detract. I created a look that was simple – a strong part, straight hair – and added one statement element, an organic shape that wraps around the head. Dalah likes to explore organic shapes as well as playing with volume and proportion which we projected through the hair.”

Step 1: Blow dry hair peeled with Thermoprotect and Smoothing Balm and iron straight.
Step 2: Create diagonal side part from mid of the left eye with two 1cm sections underneath from the hair line all the way to the base of the right ear.
Step 3: Attach insert and cover with one section of hair at a time holding in place with hair elastic and secured with Complete hair spray and a blowdryer.
Step 4: Repeat until completely cover and be at the top section.
