Top-tier education will be hitting Australia early in 2023, as education leader Dario Cotroneo and his DCI Education brand will travel around the country with the Mr Professional tour, presented in honour of the beloved Dennis Langford, who tragically passed away earlier this year.
“Dennis was the GOAT in Australian hairdressing education,” said Dario, who was mentored by Dennis in the 1990s at TONI&GUY. “He introduced a new level of professionalism to the hairdressing industry. To honour Dennis, I will be presenting the Mr Professional seminar nationally, which will take place early 2023.”
With Dario’s skills as a consultation expert, the evening seminars will utilise this knowledge to focus on client inspiration and consultation, to ensure clients receive the best in salon experience. The sessions will offer salon owners and salon teams tips on how to effectively engage a client in consultation and inspire them in the process. They will also teach hairdressers how to build upon existing conversational skills, provide advice and deal with difficult clients.
The main outcomes highlighted in these sessions will include finding your purpose and creating a meaningful work/life balance, removing fear and anxiety from day-to-day work, upgrading the client experience, learning the psychology of hairdressing, charging your worth and increasing your prices and intel into how future salons will look and operate.
The tour will begin in Sydney on February 6, and then travel to Canberra on February 7, Newcastle on February 13, Melbourne on February 20, Adelaide on February 21, Perth on February 27 and Brisbane on March 6. Tickets are priced at $99 per person and can be purchased online via the DCI Education website,
