Hair Expo has another dynamic appointment added to its education line-up, with Paul Mitchell hairdressing legends Robert Cromeans and Angus Mitchell set to visit and educate this June. The duo will educate in multiple capacities, ensuring attendees can learn from them every day of the long weekend.
“Robert and Angus will be joining us in Australia across the Hair Expo long weekend as part of a world tour they are embarking on over the coming months,” said John Pizzey, Managing Director of Three Six Five Salon Group, which distributes Paul Mitchell around Australia. “As key figures in the iconic Paul Mitchell brand, Robert and Angus are keen to connect with their Australian customer and family, and we are honoured to have them join this year’s Hair Expo line up and have the opportunity to inspire Australian hairdressers – both artistically and commercially; Robert and Angus are here to share their successes (and life hacks) as salon owners and industry leaders.”
Robert is a well-known hairdresser, salon owner, artist and educator, as the Paul Mitchell Global Artistic & Business Director. He has proven expertise in all things technical, creative and business with his salons in San Diego, Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Las Vegas. Angus is renowned as Paul Mitchell’s son, with an upbringing and later education with Vidal Sassoon that primed his career in hair. Angus is well-known as a platform artist based out of Los Angeles, as well as being the model and spokesman for the brand’s first ever men’s line, title MITCH.
The duo will be presenting each day on the main stage, offering an intimate look at inspiring colour and advanced world class finishing techniques. Robert will also present the 2019 Top Salon Summit, sharing his well-worn secrets for salon success. The pair will deliver the closing show at GenNext, showcasing artistry and technical brilliance like no other, to show off to the audience and emerging hair artists who will also present on the night what is capable in hair. Additionally, the duo will be engaging with patrons at the Paul Mitchell stand (stand SS02) all weekend long.
