Local hairdressing icon Paloma Garcia has ticked off the latest item in her industry bucket list, opening up her own salon in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The salon, simply titled PALOMA, has been up and running through July. The new salon will focus on Paloma’s passion for wellness and creating the ultimate salon journey, delivering a client experience and salon with a fresh, bespoke feel.

“I’m so incredibly proud to announce the opening of my new salon,” Paloma said. “It goes without saying, but the launch of PALOMA has been many months in the making and that’s because I really wanted to create something different for my clients, and ensure that everyone who comes to my salon space is offered a truly personalised experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.”

“I have gone above and beyond to carefully select a group of super talented and experienced hairstylists from around Australia that are renowned for their beautiful haircuts, styles and colour, and have also ensured that the products we use and stock are luxurious and pampering,” she said.  “Examples include Oribe, Kérastase and KEVIN.MURPHY haircare, as well as offering Single Origin Coffee, Pukka teas, Doterra essential oils, The Beauty Chef beauty boosters, Maison Balzac candles and Kim Wallace Ceramins.”

Paloma is an award-winning hairdresser with over 17 years of experience in the industry. She has worked on set for leading fashion titles and boasts celebrities on her clientele list. She’s also the Oribe editorial ambassador for Australia and is a familiar face backstage at the likes of New York Fashion Week.

PALOMA will offer a long list of services, with distinct features including a dry bar, which will offer an express blow dry or re-style service where clients can take their own freshly washed or dried hair in for a styling, and leave just 20 minutes later with the ideal look. The salon will also be 98 per cent recyclable, working with the Sustainable Salons network to collect, repurpose and redistribute resources such as packages, clipping and tools.

So join us in welcoming PALOMA to the fold. It’s already an unmissable staple in Sydney’s urban scene.
