Men’s hair will continue to be a trending concept at Hair Festival, both on the floor and in the education rooms, and Wahl will inspire with two education sessions and looks to suit your barbering needs. On Sunday June 30 Ben Kane will teach the Asymmetrical Creative Crop haircut while Monday July 1 will see Sarah Wall educate on the Creative Textured Mullet, all at Sydney’s ICC.
The Asymmetrical Creative Crop haircut is bold, edgy, unique and highly individual. It involves cutting the hair into different lengths on each side, creating an asymmetrical look, with a rebellious shorter side and a longer side for versatile styling, become a statement aesthetic.
Attendees will benefit from this education and the chance to learn from and meet Ben, who has experience as a barber, barbershop owner and prolific educator, who has expertise in the fusion of barbering and hairdressing.
The Creative Textured Mullet is a modern take on the classic mullet with artistry at its core and the potential for styling at its peak. Wearers can opt for a tousled grunge look or go for sleek, styled and polished. The cut is finished with short tapered sideburns that leave an unsymmetrical design on one side to enhance the characteristic of the cut, ensuring another individual style.
Sarah is renowned as a barbering, hairdressing and styling expert, with precision cuts, fashion forward looks and tailored style being her major wheelhouse. With over 20 years of experience, Sarah is an award-winning educator, ambassador art director, who works from Salon Lane, Surry Hills.
