Australia’s first ever Indie Empowerment Summit is coming to Sydney on Monday, September 23 from 9:30am to 4:30pm at the Ovolo, Woolloomooloo. Paving the way for independent hair and beauty professionals, the summit will present a full day of inspiration, education and practical insights to elevate independent hairdressers’ personal brands and businesses.
Presented by independent hair and beauty professional salon brand, Salon Lane, this one-day conference is tailored exclusively for independent hair, beauty, and wellness freelancers and entrepreneurs. The agenda will present an immersive and practical program featuring four keynotes, two panels and six workshops.

The inspiring array of speaks includes the prolific TV presenter, Osher Gunsberg, award winning hair stylist, influencer and entrepreneur, Natalie Anne, makeup artist, award winning entrepreneur and podcast host, Melanie Burnicle and the founder and director of Six Underground Media, Hayley Mears.
The agenda is kicks off with a keynote speech from Osher titled ‘It’s A Little Different When You’re The Product’, as based on his inimitable brand experience. It then covers a conversation between Osher and Natalie Anne around ‘How to Turn Your Passion into a Profitable Business’ before morning tea.
