Redken will return in 2023 as the exclusive total hair category partner of Afterpay Australian Fashion Week (AAFW) at Carriageworks from Monday 15 May to Friday 19 May. This year’s Redken Hair Directors, Richard Kavanagh, Diane Giorgievski, Kristy Hodgson and Justine Pace will be joined by Australian Fashion Week Ambassador, and Actor, Josh Heuston, who announced his partnership with Redken for 2023.. This 26-year-old social media powerhouse has built a reputation over the past few years, including his breakout role inNetflix’s hit, Heartbreak High and will soon start shooting the HBO Max TV prequel series, Dune: The Sisterhood in Budapest. With constant projects on the go, it’s integral for Heuston to use hair products that are powered by science and prescribed by professionals to nurture and protect his signature locks.

Redken Hair Director, Diane Gorgievski
Diane Gorgievski’s unique style led her to work on international shows, in teams led by Luigi Murenu, Guido and Eugene Souleiman. She creates new looks for celebrity clients amongst the likes of Ruby Rose, Jon Hamm, Rose Byrne, Erin Wasson, Jesinta Franklin, Courtney Eaton, Sarah Murdoch, and Nicole Trunfio. Awarded Australian Session Stylist of the Year five times, Richard has worked with international fashion powerhouses including Prada, Calvin Klein, Jean Paul Gaultier and Saint Laurent. As a contributor to Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and ELLE. Richard’s editorial work is prolific and highly coveted and his signature look is effortlessly cool. Redken Hair Director, Justin Pace
Justin Pace is one of Australia’s quintessential hairdressers with three decades’ experience rendering him one of Australia’s Top Hairdressers. During previous stints at Australian Fashion Week, Justin worked for Redken as a National Hair Director leading the shows for Justin Cassin, Huntrlnd and Mariam Seddiq and amongst the Creative Team for Bec and Bridge, We Are Kindred and Karla Spetic. Justin has also worked for Redken as an International and National Artist and Educator in New York, Las Vegas, London, Singapore, Canada and New Zealand; nationally in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Twice awarded Hair Expo Awards’ Australian Colour Technician of the Year (amongst other category honours), Justin’s winning collections have been showcased in a host of international and national publications: Estetica Magazine, Salon Magazine, Focus on Hair, Colour World, Trends International Hairstyle Magazine, Frisor, Fashion Weekly Magazine, Instyle Magazine and Image Magazines. Justin’s career has seen him function as the Founder, Owner and Creative Director of three successful businesses: Co and Pace Salons, Papas and Pace, and Heroes and Villains Barbers.
Redken Hair Director, Kristy Hodgson
Granted the gift of a legitimate passion for her craft, Kristy is best known for her intuitive approach to the hair’s natural texture. Personalising and finessing natural hair with a ‘less is more’ approach. Kristy has been a regular backstage at Australian Fashion Week for the past 13 years. She has also received three South Australian / Tasmanian Hairdresser of the year awards, with her work being published nationally and internationally.
