This partnership brings together two powerhouses in the hair and beauty industry, offering a new breed of salon experience. EdwardsAndCo has boomed on an international level, known for its razor sharp innovations and signature future proof colour, while MECCA, Australasia’s largest prestige beauty retailer, is renowned for its curation of iconic beauty brands from around the globe… resulting in one killer collab.
The salon is located on the top floor of MECCA’s first flagship, MECCA George Street, 1,800 square meters of retail heaven dedicated to the best in global beauty, including Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Byredo, Diptyque and Drunk Elephant.

This year, the concept salon is once again leveling up by expanding its team, offering a rare opportunity for Australia’s best colourists and stylists to join the movement.
“We’re looking for something that can’t be taught,” said Jaye Edwards, EdwardsAndCo Owner and Founder.
“Throughout EdwardsAndCo’s 10 years, we have discovered and developed some of Australia’s leading creatives, many of whom have now launched salons on their own.
Working with myself and the EdwardsAndCo fam, you will be given every opportunity to become a deadly stylist or colourist. What we’re really looking for is someone that wants to snatch that opportunity and soak it up. Raw passion is my one non-negotiable,” he concluded.
